How to Book Your Session

To book the simulator, click BOOK NOW on our homepage. This will redirect you to our available tee times through the Birrdi app.

Please note:

  • General Public: Can book up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Members: Enjoy priority booking with 14-day advanced reservation privileges.

Steps to Book:

  1. Click BOOK NOW.

  2. Select your preferred date from the dropdown menu at the top.

  3. Select your start time.

  4. Choose your desired session length.

  5. Select your applicable rate. Members choose the discounted Gold Member rate.

  6. Members receive 4 sim credits per month. To redeem, select Membership Credits.

  7. If you have earned Loyalty Points (1 point = $1, earned at 1 point per $10 spent), you can apply these by selecting Loyalty.

  8. Agree to our mandatory policies:

    • Waiver & Liability Release

    • Facility Rules & Policies

  9. Enter any Promo Codes or Gift Card numbers and click apply.


Facility Access

Once you've completed your reservation, you'll receive a text message 15-30 minutes before your tee-time with a unique door code to enter the facility.

Arrival and Exit Procedures

Upon Arrival:

  • Please note a customer may still be in the facility until your reservation begins.

  • You may enter early if no reservation precedes yours, but please remain courteous if another customer is finishing their session.

  • If another customer exceeds their reservation time, please notify the facility immediately.

Upon Exit:

  • Please tidy the space before leaving. Notify us promptly if you find the facility messy or if the bathroom/trash areas need attention.

  • Ensure the door is fully closed as you leave.

  • Plan your cleanup time so you can exit by the end of your reserved time.

If you encounter any issues, please contact Elias immediately at 971-230-4731 (call or text). Remote assistance for the simulator can be provided if necessary.

Common Issues & Quick Solutions:

  • Issue 1: Simulator not detecting ball hits

    • Ensure only one golf ball is in the hitting area; additional balls can confuse the sensor.

    • Click Settings → System → Reset GSPro Connect. This usually resolves connection issues quickly.

  • Issue 2: Auto-tee not delivering a new ball

    • Check the gutter between the ramp and stance platform. Push golf balls into the auto-tee opening beneath the platform, as they occasionally become jammed.

Basic Rules:

  • Treat the space as you would your home—please clean up after yourself for the next customer.

  • Be cautious and aware: Indoor golf can be dangerous.

    • Ensure no one is near your swing path.

    • Verify nothing is between you and the screen.

  • Fully close the door as you exit.

  • Immediately notify the facility if anything is out of order or requires attention.
