These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our golf simulator services located at 1960 NE 25th Ave, Suite 11, Hillsboro, OR 97124 (“Launch House Hillsboro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific services or promotions. You must check the box during the booking process indicating that you have read and agree to these Terms before using the facility.

1.2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Use of Services

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2.2. Reservations: Launch House Hillsboro operates on an appointment-only basis. Walk-ins are not allowed. All reservations must be booked in advance through our online system.

2.3. Code of Conduct: We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards the facility. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of your session without a refund.

2.4. Responsibility for Guests and Facility Maintenance: The person booking the reservation is solely responsible for their party and any damage or mess they create. Guests are required to clean up after themselves. Failure to do so may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

2.5. Reporting Issues: Guests are required to notify the facility immediately if anything is out of order from the prior customer, or if the trash, bathroom, or facility requires attention.

2.6. Security Monitoring: Security cameras record at all times within the facility. By using the facility, guests acknowledge and accept that they are being recorded for security purposes.

3. Payment and Cancellation

3.1. Pricing: Prices for our services are as stated on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3.2. Payments: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

3.3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded.

4. Liability

4.1. Assumption of Risk: By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with indoor golf simulation, including but not limited to, physical injury or property damage.

4.2. Waiver of Liability: Launch House Hillsboro is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launch House Hillsboro, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

5. Privacy

5.1. Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsboro, Oregon.

6.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

6.4. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Launch House Hillsboro regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
